The doctors of Vaughn Chiropractic are a mother-daughter team. Dr. Ronda Marshall was born in Davenport, Iowa while her mother, Dr. Jacqueline Vaughn, was attending Palmer College of Chiropractic. Twenty-two years later, she followed her mother's footsteps back to Iowa where she also became a doctor of Chiropractic.

Margaret has been with us since 2000. She is originally from Poland and loves to travel. She can answer just about any question you could ever possibly have regarding insurance (seriously, she's an insurance wizard!).

Brooklen has been part of our team since 2020. When she's not at the office, she runs her own photography business and loves spending time with family and friends. She’s always up for an adventure, whether it’s traveling to new places or riding ATVs. Brooklen truly believes in the benefits of chiropractic care and sees it as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

Jennifer joined Vaughn Chiropractic in 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist. She specializes in reflexology and acupressure, using these techniques to help relieve tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process. Jennifer is dedicated to helping patients relax, recover, and feel their best.

Ciara joined Vaughn Chiropractic in 2026. She earned her massage therapy diploma from Everest Institute in 2016 and has been practicing as a full-time therapist since 2020. Ciara specializes in deep tissue massage, focusing on relieving muscle tension, reducing pain, and helping patients move and feel better.
