Today I'm going to tell you about my first trip to the chiropractor.

I was born at the University of Iowa, my mom was a student at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

She teases to this day, if I had been born a dog, they would have put me down.

I had hip dysplasia, a mild case of it.

When the doctors came in, they wanted to put me in a brace.

My mom called her professor from Palmer College, who came and adjusted me as a newborn right when I was born.

I never had to wear the brace, and I've never had problems since.

I don't remember my first visit to the chiropractor, but I'm a chiropractic kid, and I grew up in this lifestyle.

I can't imagine my life without chiropractic, and it has been the entire time I've been living.

My children are the same way.

Both of my kids I adjusted minutes after being born.

Chiropractic is so safe and gentle that even a newborn can be adjusted.
