A) Could not move head to either side, constant headache & sinus problems.

A) Headached & sinus problems since childhood

Q) What treatments had you tried in the past?

A) Muscle relaxing pills & Advil

Q) When did you first see results from your care?

A) Immediately after the first adjustment!

Q) As a result of your care, are there activities that you are now able to perform that before were painful or impossible?

A) Many things I did before were painful, now it is gone, or minimal.

A) From now on I will continue preventative care.

Q) What were your health concerns when you first came to us?

A) Lower back pain, could barely move.

Q) How long had you been experiencing these concerns, and how did it affect your life?

A) I'd had lower back pain for awhile, but I'd take meds & just live with the pain. I also had problems with my neck.

Q) What treatments had you tried in the past?

A) Medication, heating pads

Q) When did you first notice any changes from the care you received here?

A) A few weeks, but even after the first visit I felt better.

Q) Are there activities you are now able to participate in that were painful or impossible in the past?

A) Yes, Jazzercie and other exercise (3-4 times per week).

Q) Will you continue care throughout your life?

A) More than likely, because I feel wonderfl after I leave the office. I actually feel like a new woman and I can take on anything the day has to offer.

Q) Any additional comments about your care?

A) I just love Dr. Jacquie, she's sweet, caring, and has a beautiful spirit. She is definitely an asset to her profession. Keep up the good work!

A) Lower back/ sacrum

Q) Did these problems interfere with your daily routine?

A) Yes, I had headaches and pain walking

Q) How long before you noticed improvement?

A) Immediately when I first came in. Over the years- sometimes right away, sometimes after a few days.

Q) Did you notice any other changes in your health?

A) Yes, my whole system worked better!
